Job Description

Product Manager: Merchant Portal Services
Checkout.com is seeking a Senior product manager and leader to shape the strategy and drive our Merchant Portal and integrated experience with developer docs, and API specs. This role will lay the foundation and will be pivotal in delivering a best in class experience for our merchants' users through our portal which is a central command hub for all our active merchants.

The successful candidate will provide cross-functional leadership across product, engineering, and business teams, to enable our merchants to effectively and efficiently complete all financial, technical and operational tasks that merchants may need to accomplish. In collaboration with wider Checkout.com teams, they will establish a robust foundation and drive ongoing governance to scale Checkout.com's end to end portal experience for our merchants. Daily tasks include understanding merchants' pain points, driving prioritization for product development, and developing new capabilities for our customers.

Hybrid Working Model: All of our offices globally are onsite 3 times per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). We've worked towards enabling teams to work collaboratively in the same space, while also being able to partner with colleagues globally. During your days at the office, we offer amazing snacks, breakfast, and lunch options in all of our locations.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of product management experience.
  • Experience working in front end, UI/UX driven B2B products
  • Data-driven: Skilled at leveraging data and business insights to determine strategic priorities and drive the product roadmap and execution.
  • Customer-first: Think from the customer's perspective and can balance future opportunities with immediate needs.
  • End-to-end mindset: Think in a structured and diligent manner, understanding all key components necessary to drive the ongoing success of a product.
  • Leadership: Excellent at collaborating with stakeholders in product, engineering, commercial, and business teams proactively.
  • Effective communicator: Able to inspire others with a shared vision and simplify complex concepts for a wide range of audiences.
