We're Cryptio. We build infrastructure to bring financial integrity to the crypto economy. Backed by $26m from tier-1 investors (Point Nine, 1kx, Tim Draper, Alven, Ledger Cathay), we partner with clients like Circle, Uniswap, and the Government of El Salvador.

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager (LMS squad) to lead the strategy, development, and scaling of our Loan Management Platform. This is a highly strategic, hands-on role where you'll own the product end-to-end; from vision and GTM alignment to execution and scale.

What you'll do

• Own the full lifecycle of Cryptio's Loan Management Platform, from 0→1 to scale
• Define and deliver the roadmap based on regulation, market trends, and customer needs
• Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing to align product with the B2B buyer journey
• Partner with Engineering to deliver a secure, scalable platform with strong APIs and intuitive workflows
• Conduct customer discovery with institutions, fintechs, and crypto-native businesses
• Ensure seamless integration with custody providers, DeFi protocols, exchanges, and internal systems
• Define success metrics and communicate impact across the company

We're looking for someone who

• Has 6+ years in product management, including full ownership of a product line
• Brings experience in crypto, fintech, or financial infrastructure (e.g. lending, payments, cap table management)
• Combines strategic market insight with executional drive
• Has proven success in 0→1 product development in fast-paced environments
• Works closely with Sales and Product Marketing to influence GTM outcomes
• Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Understands financial workflows, compliance, and B2B buyer personas
• (Bonus) Knows digital asset lending, debt lifecycle management, or smart contract integrations
