Key job responsibilities
As a senior product manager, you will lead strategic sortation products that power the operations of our delivery stations worldwide. To be successful in this position, you need to be comfortable interfacing and driving various functional teams and individuals at all levels of the organization. Help drive a vision and product roadmap that makes delivery station workflows efficient and optimized and realizes our operational strategic vision.
Identify opportunities, create business cases, and champion your vision to build organizational alignment.
Lead cross-functional product efforts across engineering, operations, design, and finance to deliver groundbreaking logistics technology.
Partner with Design and Operational Excellence teams to build interfaces that are simple and accessible to users around the world.
Lead project execution and ensure that the project delivery is to the levels of quality and in line with its target date, ensuring the overall integrity within the program.
Help other program and product managers by establishing best practices around impact measurement, requirement specifications.

In the Last Mile Under the Roof (UTR) Technology team, we build technology that scales across delivery stations, exchange points, and central operations programs worldwide. Our technology drives the experience of our operators and associates to run our Delivery Stations in the most efficient, cost-effective and error-free manner. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
