We are recruiting for a Senior Manager Product within Grow! This will be a fixed term contract for 1 year. Your role will be responsible for delivering the roadmap, product development and outcomes in the context of the product strategy and CtM's overall business strategy and goals.
Responsibilities:
• Develop product roadmap in the context of the product strategy and overall business strategy and goals
• Own and execute an ambitious product roadmap, aligning and motivating cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
• Make decisions with data
• Manage end-to-end iterative optimisation of products and services
• Develop trust, integrity and credibility across the business by building of relationships with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Prioritise to balance strategic, tactical, technical and operational demands
• Establish product objectives and KPIs, and manage work to achieve them
• Identify new areas of opportunity and innovation within your product and across the business
• Work with senior product colleagues in product to deliver continuous development of people and processes across the broader team

You'll:
• Ideally have exposure working within Grow business areas: money, mortgages, home services
• Be a strong, dynamic Product Manager who can communicate, inspire, listen and lead across the organisation
• Be a strategic problem solver
• Have a demonstrable track record of successful product development and delivery in a regulated sector
• Be highly numerate and analytic, with an agile, growth mindset
