Senior Product Manager, Semiconductor Service Division will provide overall support in driving advanced service plan offerings for the service ladder. Reporting to Senior Manager - Business Transformation Technology, you will manage the relationship between advanced Semiconductor Service plan offerings and the wider business in defining and ensuring implementation of technologies and tools for new physical products that aid the implementation of advanced Semiconductor Service plan products.

You will be the "go to person" and champion of digital technologies in support of advanced Service Ladder offerings across the business (i.e., EdCentra 2.0, PdM).

Here's how you will help:

• You will work with Data Science, Service and Engineering colleagues to develop and ensure implementation of technologies beneficial to the long-term growth of Semiconductor Service
• To ensure knowledge of technology needs for driving advanced service plans at the top of the Semiconductor Service ladder, involving developing new requirements, as well as owning existing ones.
• Using feedback from the organisation and directly from customers, work closely with NPI colleagues and sector managers to support the development of successful new products meeting market requirements. Help develop sound business cases and drive profit growth.
• You will create marketing collateral and training for colleagues to articulate and deliver the value proposition of Advanced Service Plans to customers in a compelling manner consistent with a solutions-based sales strategy; ensure core product data is published. Present the company's advanced service technology products to customers.
• Develop and continually update a business case for forecasting the expected returns from Advanced Service Plan requirements implemented into new products (both pumps and abatement).
• Champion the product within the organisation to ensure adequate attention is given to both internal and external opportunities and threats; ensure management understand the impact of choices.
• Manage medium scale projects as required, ensuring timelines are set and costs are overseen.
• Developing and owning a strategy to enable Edwards to become world class at working with external partners in the use of data and digital technologies to improve the service operations of Edwards products.

To succeed you need:

• You will be a focussed, detail-oriented individual, with significant experience working within a diverse team and across multiple levels of an organization.
• You will be able to quickly grasp highly technical concepts and understand how they map to broader business needs.
• You will be able to demonstrate significant experience delivering complex projects on-time and meeting defined requirements.
• Minimum 5 years' experience including responsibilities such as Product Management, Project Management, Contract Management.
• Experience with products, applications and markets relevant to Edwards business is highly desirable; candidates with experience of similar complexity products and technologies in suitable global markets may be considered.
• Customer-facing or commercially relevant experience.
