As a Senior Product Manager, you'll have true end-to-end ownership of your area - and with great power comes great responsibility. You'll define vision and strategy, shape solutions, lead execution with one or more dedicated cross-functional teams, and measure impact after launch. You'll be empowered to operate independently and bring products to life from idea to scale.
What you'll be doing:
- Own the full product lifecycle for a key area of our platform: from discovery and definition to delivery and continuous improvement. You'll be responsible for ensuring each phase delivers value to both our users and the business.
- Define and evolve the product strategy, and roadmap: aligning broader business goals, customers, data, and internal stakeholders to set a clear direction and bring teams together to deliver on it.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and the business to build and ship high-impact features. You'll facilitate collaboration across disciplines, ensuring the right problems are solved with scalable, user-centered solutions.
- Prioritize initiatives effectively: making tough trade-offs, clearly articulate the reasoning behind prioritization, and ensure focus on the highest-leverage opportunities.
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions: design and interpret experiments, conduct user research, and dig into data to validate hypotheses and identify areas for improvement.
- Define, track, and communicate product success metrics: using them to guide learning and continuous iteration, celebrate wins and drive learnings for future product improvements.
- Act as the internal champion for your product area: developing deep subject matter expertise and ensuring visibility and understanding of your product's impact across the company.
- What this role is not: This is not a reactive feature delivery role. We are looking for someone who thinks in systems, challenges assumptions, and re-imagines enterprise experiences with scale in mind.
What you need to succeed
- Experience in Senior Product Management roles within rapid-growth or evolving environments, with a track record of owning meaningful product outcomes end-to-end.
- Strong grounding in data and metrics, using them to evaluate trade-offs, put numbers behind decisions, and connect product choices to business impact.
- Comfort operating hands-on while thinking strategically, able to move from problem framing to execution and delivery without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Deep customer empathy, grounded in real user insight and consistently translated into clear, actionable product decisions.
- Effective communication and influence skills, with the ability to align cross-functional partners and clearly explain decisions and priorities.
- A builder's mindset and product craft, with an eye for UX and the ability to turn ideas into concrete, high-quality user experiences that ship.
