As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital landscape across our web and mobile platforms, instore technology, loyalty programs, and personalized customer experiences. What You'll Be Doing:
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be doing the following:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies that enhance user experience across all digital and physical channels.
- Serve as a key interface between technical teams, business stakeholders, and customers, ensuring product decisions are aligned with user needs and business goals
- Lead the adoption and refinement of advanced technologies and practices across various platforms, including ecommerce systems, mobile apps, and instore tech innovations.
- Champion the implementation of stellar UX/UI practices, ensuring that all platforms are intuitive, engaging, and accessible.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 5 years of experience in product management within a digital/ecommerce environment, ideally spanning multiple product domains.
- Comprehensive understanding of ecommerce technologies and trends, with a proven ability to apply this knowledge in a dynamic business setting.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, proficient in tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills, capable of fostering collaboration and driving innovation within and across teams.
