RAMP Global is an HR technology solution that simplifies the sourcing, engagement, and management of staffing agencies for employers all over the world. Providing access to over 23,000 suppliers in 50+ countries we have so far had £1 billion's worth of recruitment fees posted onto the platform.

Based in our central London office - you will be a key part in the product development team. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to drive the development and growth of our product offerings.

Requirements

About You

We will ultimately hire this individual based on a number of core attributes covering attitude, drive and organisational skills. We can provide training and support on the key elements of the job, but our ideal person will be a quick learner, naturally highly organised, proactive, and an engaging personality who is able develop great relationships with their team and clients.

Experience/skills

  • 7+ years of product management experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Some experience of people management and liaison with wider business stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with data analytics and using metrics to drive product decisions.
  • Technical background or familiarity with software development.
  • Strong user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design sensibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals and market needs.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on strategic goals, customer feedback, and market demand.
  • Work closely with development, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to drive product success.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, and through subsequent iterations.
  • Define product requirements, create user stories, and work with development teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and feedback are central to product development decisions.
  • Engage with customers to gather insights, validate product ideas, and ensure a deep understanding of their challenges and requirements.
  • Define and track key product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize the product.
