We are an early stage start-up, backed by the 2 of the largest and most iconic venture capitalists in the world. The role

As a Senior Product Manager at TourHero, you'll be the driving force behind our mission to create unforgettable group travel experiences. You'll be a customer-centric, data-driven, strategic innovator who can ideate and execute initiatives to enhance personalisation, streamline operations, and drive the evolution of the TourHero platform for our customers, operators, and TourHeroes. Your role will be instrumental in playing a key part in driving the success and growth of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Immerse yourself into our product's evolution, owning the full product life cycle, and actively shaping the platform to drive continuous improvement.
• Unlock untapped potential and lead the exploration, enhancement and accelerated evolution of our customisation features, and overall platform potential for TourHeroes, travellers and operators globally.
• Collaborate with global teams to develop new products and features based on customer feedback, market research, and business priorities.
• Inject momentum into product development to ensure initiatives move forward efficiently and are delivered in a timely manner.
• Engage with both technical and non technical teams across the business to offer solutions to technical challenges and propose potential development options.

Requirements

The ideal profile

• Has 6+ years of product management experience.
• Is adept in all stages of the product management lifecycle.
• Is a self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective work with global teams and stakeholders, including the ability to communicate with engineers on a technical level.
• Is experienced in conducting user research.
• Is a strategic and creative thinker who can analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to address challenges.
• Is committed to continuous learning and adaptability, staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Is passionate about travel; excited about our mission to create unforgettable experiences for our customers.
