About the Role
Contentsquare is seeking a Senior Product Designer. This is your opportunity to combine creative problem-solving, user-centered design, and technical acumen to craft products that our users love.
Your primary focus will be to lead the design of intuitive, impactful experiences, helping us to elevate design quality.
As a Senior Product Designer at Contentsquare, you will play a role in crafting intuitive and delightful experiences that transform complex data into actionable insights for our users. You'll work closely with cross-functional product teams to elevate the design of the Contentsquare platform, making it accessible, insightful, and user-friendly.
You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and leadership to bring concepts to life while ensuring functionality, usability, and delight for our users. This role will also collaborate across Contentsquare's broader design organization to ensure consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
What You'll Do:
- Design Excellence: Own the end-to-end design process, from user research and ideation to prototyping and final execution. Share innovative ideas, exchange peer feedback, and drive collective impact within the design team.
- User-Centered Focus: Drive user research and iterative design, grounding your work in data to guide the team towards impactful solutions. Continuously test, measure, and refine to achieve meaningful outcomes. Develop intuitive interfaces and workflows.
- Rapid Iteration & prototyping: Work within a Lean UX environment to quickly prototype, test and refine ideas in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineers, product managers, researchers and other designers to align on priorities, functionality, and user needs.
- Communicate Effectively: Present design solutions clearly to stakeholders at all levels, both technical and non technical. articulating the "why" behind your design decisions.
- Systems & strategic thinking: Tackle systems-level problems with numerous interconnected constraints. Spearhead end-to-end design processes for challenges of various scales, simplifying complex analytics into engaging user interfaces. Quickly grasp and engage with company strategy, using this understanding to inform design decisions and discussions with product and tech colleagues.
- Craft and beautiful execution: Bring consistent, beautiful, and simple designs through to execution and iteration. Collaborate with the design system team to define scalable design principles, patterns, and systems.

What We're Looking For
- Extensive Product Design Experience: We typically seek candidates with 5+ years of product design experience, particularly in complex or enterprise-level software. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing complex flows and data-heavy tools is essential. We welcome applicants with equivalent skills gained through alternative paths or experiences.
- Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing sophisticated UX solutions, information architecture, and design for developer tools, SaaS, or enterprise products.
- Problem-Solving: Deep understanding of user problems and the ability to propose creative, practical solutions.
- Communication: Effective communication skills, including verbal and visual methods, to effectively share design concepts with diverse audiences.
- Collaboration: Adaptability to work across multiple time zones and contribute effectively in a dynamic environment.
- User-Centered Design Proficiency: Strong skills in end-to-end design, with the ability to translate complex technical flows into simple, intuitive user experiences.
- Collaboration Skills: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, to advocate for user experience and align design solutions with business objectives. Working collaboratively with product people to balance user needs and business benefit, and to iteratively deliver work
- Proficiency with Design Tools: Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma and other relevant software to create high-quality design artifacts.
- Analytical and Research Abilities: Ability to utilize user research, data analytics, and success metrics to inform design decisions and ensure solutions deliver customer value.
- Rapid prototyping: Ability to prototype and iterate to make interactions easy to use, content easy to understand and to validate user experiences before development, either in code or using tools such as Swift UI, Origami or ProtoPie
- Personalization and Recommendations: Experience of designing experiences that adapt dynamically based on user behavior, such as personalized product recommendations or dynamic content delivery.
- Craft and visual design: Beautiful and thoughtful designs that are in line with our brand and design system. A strong design taste.
- Experience designing for AI-powered tools or workflows for SaaS or B2B businesses
- Experience in adaptable work environments, such as startups or scale-ups.
- Experience in leading generative research
