Bumble Inc is made up of a diverse and talented team of product design individual contributors and managers reporting to our Director of Product Design. Product designers are part of the product team working closely alongside product managers, engineers, content designers, user researchers, and more.

This role will be reporting into Senior Product Design Manager and based in London.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to product strategy, prioritization, and decision-making in your cross functional team
• Lead the creation of mobile, end-to-end experiences (from ideation to launch and iterations)
• Operate within existing design system knowing when to introduce new patterns
• Hold yourself and the team to a high standard of work quality
• Work collaboratively, positively contributing to our design team and culture

Experience We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience designing for mobile apps
• Practical skills in designing product experiences that drive specific outcomes
• Experience collaborating on UX with Content Designers and User Experience Researchers
• Good knowledge of user-centered design principles, user research, interaction design, and visual design
• Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments as part of a mature cross-functional team
• Proficiency in Figma & FigJam for ideation, prototyping, designing, and handing over UX/UI.
