About The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Clinics Tribe, helping shape intentional design around technology and services that turn the vision of Healthy Pets = Happy Owners into our reality.

In this role you will be a collaborative leader in the Clinics Tribe, working with a Product Manager and Engineering Lead.

You'll be Involved In:

*Carrying out user research to better understand the veterinary world (owners, vets and pets)

*Building a hypothesis, brainstorming, experimenting, gathering insights, prototyping, discussing with partners, iterating, incrementing and repeating.

*Championing user-centered principles utilising your creative skills to craft solutions that address user needs.

*Thinking big and testing small: you will think about end-to-end solutions, balancing creative ambition and interactive thinking with feasibility in mind.

*Effectively communicating - Explaining strategic thought behind crate decisions to varied audiences who may not be familiar with product strategy and design thinking.

Ideally, you will have:

Experience - 5 years' experience creating and shipping digital experienced (with a portfolio)

You will be proficient with modern design and development tools. - we use Figma, Miro, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) and more to collaborate, prototype and share documents

Solid communication skills (able to present to stakeholders) and will be a team player!
