The Role
The team
ITV Creative is an in-house creative ad-agency that is responsible for creating and producing all communications for the entire ITV brand portfolio. It also produces work for external clients.
Responsible for over £275 million worth of airtime, this department is a mix of creatives, designers, conceptual thinkers, editors, writers, producers and directors. Integrated thinking is applied to create outstanding work for all media including on-air; off-air; digital; product/event design & experiential.
ITV Creative works in close collaboration with marketing, media planning, continuity and research & planning. They also liaise with technical divisions, transmission, scheduling, presentation and other areas of the business such as ITV Commercial.
The role
- The Senior Producer role is to lead Production on all priority integrated campaigns for all paid platforms with a clear focus on OOH, Digital, print, radio and imagery
- This person will be a leader in their specialism producing integrated campaigns across a broad range of media for ITV Marketing among other ITV departments and external clients. A passion and knowledge in media production is a must
- Liaising with Stakeholders, media agencies, media owners within ITV and externally, maintaining excellent communication.
- Responsible for budget estimation and reconciliation.
- The Senior Producer should have experience in working in high pressure situations and be able to respond calmly and professionally at all times.
- Providing guidance in practical and developmental ways for production staff in an ever complex area of the business
- Develop and implement recommended changes to existing production processes as required
- Ensuring all members of the campaign team and HOP are clear on the paid media campaign status, timings, updates and flagging any issues
- Working closely and collaboratively with the Promo production team on priority campaigns
- Responsible for interpreting the media plan, ensuring all details are clear and accurate and achievable
- Produce content capture shoots, working with Production Companies ensuring smooth running with a focus on working closely with ITV talent and production teams
- Building and retaining a black book of photographers, retouchers, art directors, designers and post production facilities.
- Work closely with the CD and ECD to ensure creative excellence across all resources and output
Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)
- Extensive experience in delivering integrated media campaigns
- Extensive experience in display and programmatic advertising with a focus on all paid media deliverables.
- Experience of working with 3rd party media partners
- Black book of photographers, retouchers and designers
- Experience in art direction, retouching and use of photography.
- Experience of managing a team.
- Experience of creating assets, from stills, dynamic to moving image and video.
