We're looking for an ambitious Senior Manager to join our growing Finance Strategy practice. If you're passionate about driving transformational change in Finance and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Senior Manager in our Finance Strategy practice, you will have the opportunity to deliver in the following areas:

• Shape and deliver on the CFO's strategic agenda including partnering with senior Finance executives to design and deploy future fit Finance operating models and digital Finance solutions.
• Work closely with the wider Deloitte ecosystem to act as the tip of the arrow and, where required, pull in other parts of Deloitte to solve and exploit Finance's biggest issues and opportunities.
• Take ownership of challenging projects, guiding teams to deliver exceptional results for our clients across a range of areas with a focus on: Finance vision and target operating model, Finance transformation, shared services and outsourcing, and Finance processes and other issues remediation.
• Proactively build and nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their unique needs and becoming their go-to expert for Finance transformation.
• Contribute to the growth of our practice by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and winning client work.
• Contribute to the development of innovative value propositions and thought leadership and staying ahead of market trends in Finance Strategy.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership, playing a key role in practice development and motivating, mentoring and exciting your team.

You will be a highly entrepreneurial self-starter. This role is critical to the continued growth and success of the Finance Strategy team and will play a part in building, developing and inspiring this community. You will have the following skills and experience:

• Educated to degree level, or equivalent experience
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent
• A proven track record of leading and successfully delivering complex Finance Transformation programmes covering areas such as Finance operating models, process optimisation and issue remediation
• Deep knowledge of best practices across key aspects of the Finance operating model: process, service delivery, organisation, technology, and data.
• You'll have a demonstrable ability to cultivate new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of the practice. This could include experience in developing proposals, pitching to clients.
• Proven ability to effectively plan, manage, and deliver high-quality projects, demonstrating strong financial acumen and people leadership skills. You can confidently lead teams and inspire high performance.
• Strategic thinker with an ability to translate ideas into actionable plans and drive them to completion

• Strong background in established and emerging Finance technologies

Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
