Qualifications

Essential criteria

• Requires expertise within specialism underpinned by theory in system use across procurement.
• Knowledge of a range of IM&T areas acquired through qualification to degree or equivalent level or relevant experience.

Desirable criteria

• Additional specialist knowledge in data management obtained via further training or equivalent experience.

Experience

Essential criteria

• Experience in managing large and varied data sets.
• Experience of identifying monetary savings and innovative ways of working using data.
• Knowledge and experience of performance measurement.
• Knowledge of risk assessment and contingency planning.

Desirable criteria

• NHS experience.
• Experience of using e-commerce processes and systems to suit the needs to the service.

Applicant requirements
