Do you want to support a therapy team in delivering safe and an effective service delivery to help people get back to being independent following a period of illness or injury?
If you are a qualified occupational therapist, then this could be the role you're looking for.
As a Senior Practitioner Occupational therapist, you will work as part of our multi-disciplinary team to assess client's current function and work with others to provide rehabilitation and either safe and timely discharge planning to enable clients to regain independence and safely return home from our bedded unit or to enable clients to remain at home and access the community from our Outreach team.
You will have the opportunity to support and supervise the occupational therapy team across our 3 services and contribute to the service delivery and development.
This is a really rewarding role allowing you to see first hand the positive impact your role is having in getting people back to being independent and remaining at home.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Are qualified Occupational therapists with a HCPC registration.
- Are a team player
- Have excellent communication skills
- Are positive and proactive.
- Have a sound working knowledge of the Care Act
- Have a full UK driving licence with own transport

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
