We are seeking acommitted individual to join us as Senior Practitioner & Deputy Manager in the CLS1 Integrated Team.

We are always on the lookout for talented, enthusiastic Social Workers and experienced Social Workers ready to take the next step in their career to becoming Senior Practitioners.

This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Community Led Support (CLS) 1 Integrated Team within the Adults, Housing and Health directorate of the Council. You will be required to provide support for adults and multi-disciplinary team of Care and Health Professionals.

Job Purpose

  • To safeguard vulnerable adults.
  • To provide high quality, research-based casework service to all Adult Social Care service users and hold cases that consist mainly of the most complex situations.
  • To offer consultation, support, specialist advice and joint working to colleagues within Adult Social Care.
  • To promote independent living where safe to do so.
  • To comply with and promote legislation, statutory guidance and local policies and procedures.
