Person specification

Essential

Essential criteria

• Registered Mental Health Nurse, Psychological Therapist, Social Worker or AHP

Desirable criteria

• Further training relevant to CERN
• Understanding of SCM, MBT and other relevant models
• Leading on managing change, staff training and supervision

Essential criteria

• Good knowledge of therapeutic interventions for CERN, principles of trauma informed care and reducing restrictive practice.

Desirable criteria

• Experience of delivering clinical supervision

• Extensive experience working with clients with CERN with and MDT including managing risk.

• Demonstrable evidence of post graduate/qualifying experience relating to CERN.
