Salary: £44,208 - £50,424 per annum

Are you a Social Worker looking for a new challenge?
We are seeking 3 enthusiastic and energetic, passionate Senior Social Work Practitioners in one of our Family Support Teams who can work collaboratively to empower children and their families, and keep them safe from harm.

Our Family Support Service allows for a wide breadth of experience working with Children in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP) and completing court work. In this way we minimise changes in social workers by working with all children subject to short term plans under one service. Are you an experienced and skilled communicator, able to collaborate with families so they can achieve a better future?
Thurrock has a friendly and supportive Children's Services Department and we work within the Signs of Safety model, using the Think Family Approach and Systemic model. We provide a variety of training so you can grow and continue to be proud of your work.
