Salary: £42,917 to £49,133 per annum (plus £6,000 per annum market supplement)*

Grade F

Permanent

37 Hours per Week

The Fostering Support team provide supervision, training and other forms of support to approved Thurrock foster carers.

  • The key aspects of the role include:

Holding a case load of approved foster carers to whom you provide supervision, guidance, and training to ensure they are meeting the needs of the children in their care.

Upholding the Fostering Regulations and the National Minimum Standards.

To act as the Liaison Worker for Mockingbird and leading on developing the mockingbird model within Thurrock.

A social work qualification and current Social work England registration are required for this role.

An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required for this role
