Job Description

Salary: £ 42,917 - £ 49,133 per annum (pro rata - only if part time)

Grade F

Permanent - 37 Hours per Week (please state if term-time)

We are an exceptional multidisciplinary team working with both the health and social care professionals. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior Practitioner to join and lead a team of dedicated social workers, who can provide care and support to older People's with Mental health needs.

Key skills include:

  • Writing care and support plans, supervising staff, and managing complex casework for older people with mental illness and dementia. Excellent written and verbal communication is also required.
  • The successful applicant will have two years post qualification experience within adult social care. Please see JD and JS for further information
  • You are required to have a social work qualification and to be registered with Social Work England.
  • Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required, and at an Enhanced level
