You will be responsible for co-ordinating the provision of practice learning opportunities, undertaking the supervision and assessment of students using an on-site model of practice teaching. This involves maintaining positive working relationships with our colleagues in Adults Social Care as well as partner agencies such as the universities.

We are always looking for new ways to improve and to innovate. Listening to our staff and implementing their ideas is one of the best ways we can do this. We want our staff to benefit from all that we offer. It is important to maintain their confidence in the practice they deliver and the outcomes they reach. We know they do better work when they have time to reflect on the work which they are undertaking within a safe learning environment.
