We are looking for a dynamic, creative and self-motivated Senior PR Manager based in London to take a leading role within the Monica Vinader communications team.This role will include duties across press, brand messaging and events.

The Sr. PR Manager will drive the consumer PR narrative for Monica Vinader, working closely with internal and external teams to secure primarily sales-driving press for the brand. Execute holistic PR programs, inclusive of pitching, across the UK along with day-to-day management of MV's global PR and assistance with brand activations.

What you'll do

PR PLANNING & EXECUTION:

• Along with the SVP, Brand & AVP Community & Comms, develop annual PR strategy along with quarterly plans and goals

• Craft clear and compelling written messaging to advance business narrative and key developments (launches, partnerships, etc) with a focus on product coverage

• Develop and execute PR plans around major launch moments, including product seeding and pitching

• Craft strong external communications materials, including press releases, talking points, presentations and more

• Ensure a consistent brand voice and message across all brand communications

• Embed yourself in understanding relevant product details and commercial objectives in order to create compelling PR narratives & feed back media trends

• Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, social and digital teams to amplify content across paid partners

• Maintain a pulse on competitive brands, trends and new ideas to ensure MV is positioned as an industry leader

• Manage media relations on reactive issues, including drafting statements / responses and providing background information

• Cultivate authentic relationships with editorial partners across both digital and print, collaborating with external partners to amplify the company's message and initiatives

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex issues and quickly shift priorities to manage day-to-day communications issues, while setting and meeting strict deadlines

• Manage PR calendar across global markets and build out timelines to ensure PR materials are prepared in a timely manner

• Manage PR budget & track invoices

AFFILIATE:

• Build test of press affiliate program linked to CAC goals in close coordination with Growth Team

EVENTS:

• Develop meaningful and measurable plans for PR events

• Drive timelines and communication plans for all PR efforts including launch products, sponsorships, tie-ins, talent announcements, etc.

• Support onsite event execution, coordination, and external vendor supervision

REPORTING:

• Develop clear KPIs and be able to define what success looks like

• Regularly analyze and report on the impact of PR and communications strategies, making data-driven recommendations for improvement (monthly reports)

• Accountable for ensuring key stakeholders are informed, updated and supportive of direction and plans.

• Bring new ideas to the table to help scale by testing and learning across all platforms

Experience

• Knowledge of media and communications landscape, with a deep understanding of the evolving industry

• Experience in pitching and proven success in developing media relationships, securing product and feature coverage

• Strong network of media contacts

• Knowledge of press affiliate and how they can be leverages alongside organic PR

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to build constructive relationships internally and externally with key partners

• Experience shaping and improving challenging narratives

• Strong project management and prioritisation skills

• High attention to detail

• The ability to work in teams and autonomously, providing self-direction when needed

• The ability to be agile and thrive in a dynamic, fast moving environment

Additional Requirements

Ability to document your authorization to work in the United Kingdom

Travel Requirements

Ad hoc travel to our Norfolk office may be required.
