We are recruiting for a Senior PR Manager . To devise and deliver engaging customer-focused PR activity for CtM, maximizing our brand and customer credentials and making sure we remain the UK's best loved price comparison site. You'll work with other content teams across the business, but you'll understand what our customers need and want and always seek creative ways to reach them.

You will manage external agencies, programme management of technical tools, process development and management.

You'll ideally have :

• Experience working effectively in a matrix ex perience managing agencies

• Exceptional PR credentials

• Used to influencing and working at senior levels

• Ability to form effective relationships with journalists and stakeholders

• Laser focused on reputation management

• Creative and not afraid to try new things

• Open-minded and collaborative

• Used to working with data to tell stories

• Sharp eye for social and brand trend s

Some of the great things you'll be doing:

• Develop and deliver impactful PR activities for brand, corporate and customer PR, ensuring CtM and its products are front of mind for customers and partners

• Understand our markets and competitors, staying ahead of trends and thinking creatively to land new PR opportunities

• Work with agencies to maximise our presence in the current news agenda, helping us to join the conversation seamlessly and with authenticity

• Work across the business to understand the commercial objectives of the business and align activities accordingly

• Grow and maintain relationships with journalists and broadcasters, positioning CtM and price comparison as a force for good and/or driving fame and love for our brand characters and Rewards. Understand these relationships are key and place a priority on being a 'go-to' for our areas of expertise and influence

• Manage the"always on" press office, including reactive media queries, taking part in the out of hours rota system

• Support spokespeople with media training and preparation for interviews

• Prepare and / or commission, brilliant copy to bring our PR activity to life

• Proactively and reactively support the Head of PR with reputation management

• Run multi-agency briefings and management of campaign activity
