Our Behaviours

Our behaviours are important to us at Bluefield. They define our culture and act as a guide for us all in understanding how we approach our interactions with each other. Success isn't only measured by what we achieve, it is also measured by how we achieve our goals and deliver solutions.

Act Courageously

We push ourselves out of our comfort zone. We know pushing our boundaries can be challenging, but we don't let our fears hold us back. We choose to act, even when we feel uncomfortable in doing so. We speak up, share our ideas and stand up for what we believe in. As a team we are open to the perspective of others.

Collaborate

We work together to achieve our shared purpose. Every member of our team offers something different and unique, yet we are united in our passion and purpose. We support each other, learn from each other's strengths and support each other's development. We seek out diverse views and perspectives and respect the voices of others, even when we do not share the same opinions.

Empower

We have permission to act. What we do takes confidence - we believe in ourselves and our ability to make decisions. We take the lead and with the support of our colleagues, we decide for ourselves the best way to do things. If we make mistakes, we learn from them and grow through feedback that we seek from others. We build trust in each other.
