Here's where you can help decide a better future for us all.

How You'll Be Involved

Camden are looking for a Senior Policy and Projects Officer to support with our School Places Planning work, and other policy and projects work across the education portfolio. The role involves data analysis, presenting and communicating data to stakeholders in both written reports and visually, alongside wider policy and project management work.

In this role you will support and coordinate work with high levels of complexity or risk. You will work in a variety of disciplines and environments across the whole organisation, including with senior leaders, to assist in the delivery of the council's corporate and directorate priorities.

Working within the Supporting People Strategy Team, in the Children & Learning team, you will engage with a range of stakeholders, both within and beyond the council, to inform decision-making, build partnerships and improve the experience and quality of services for residents. You will also make intelligent use of data to improve service delivery and measure outcomes.

The Supporting People Strategy Team supports the organisation to deliver priority work through flexible and responsive policy and project support. The role also includes involvement in other projects and strategy, or policy development. The successful candidate is likely to be involved in strategy development and implementation projects across Children & Learning.
