Base Location: Leeds based (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office)

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting technology delivery for big brands and public institutions to enable exciting, strategic transformations, alongside industry leading engineering capability and consulting professionals
  • Working across the technology stack from cloud and application delivery to ERP transformations and from design all the way to delivery, to help build capability that our clients need in the way they need it
  • Supporting a cross-capability team of specialists from engineering, data, cyber and delivery to ensure effective and efficient delivery of capability
  • Supporting the governance, controls and management of tasks, reporting, risks, issues, dependencies, prioritisation, processes, stakeholder engagement, costings and funding
  • Supporting elements of a workstream within a complex programme of work

What will you need to do it?

A high percentage of work will require individuals to hold or be capable of obtaining UK National Security Vetting, the requirements for which could include but not be limited to having resided in the UK for at least the past 5 years and being a UK national or dual UK national.

  • Proven experience of successfully supporting technology projects in a commercial environment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work across a full project lifecycle
  • A natural interest in technology and passionate about technology enabled change
  • Experience in running elements of leading Project Management/PMO practice within change environments
  • Demonstrable experience of project/programme management methodologies in complex delivery and stakeholder environments
  • Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
  • An ability to develop relationships both internally and with clients
  • Experience mitigating delivery risks, as well as the resolution of issues / blockers
  • Holding accreditation within waterfall / agile project management delivery (e.g. Prince 2, MSP, APM, SAFe Agile, Certified Scrum Master)
  • Experience in the use of project management tools (e.g. MS Project, JIRA, Confluence)

Skills we'd love to see/Amazing Extras:

  • PPM experience experienced gained from within the Public Sector
  • Interest in the latest strategies, tools and techniques used in project management and relevant technology development/implementation

This position will be based from our Leeds offices, with 3 days per week in the office
