We're looking for a Senior Platform Analyst. This role is within the Data Science and Insight department, the driving force of our organization - producing industry-leading research by which engagement, culture and leadership strategy and solutions are shaped.

As a Senior Platform Analyst you will be responsible for assisting the Platform Lead with the day to day running of the Platform Team. You will support with high level advisory, working on complex platform elements, training of colleagues, and escalations.

This role can be offered on a remote basis or hybrid working to be based in London, York or Manchester!

What will I be doing?

  • Supporting the successful development and rollout of complex surveys and integrated reporting tools across research projects.
  • Accurately managing all data within platform technologies.
  • Following workflow processes, including quality assurance, and where relevant to support development and implementation of these.
  • Providing expertise and advice regarding survey and reporting platforms across the business and, where needed, to clients directly.
  • Supporting junior colleagues in their learning and development.

What do I need to bring with me?

  • An expert user of a survey technology.
  • Excellent problem solver with great attention to detail.
  • Employee research experience.
  • Project work or project management experience, especially across multiple projects - managing competing demands under time pressures.
