Job Overview

Siemens Energy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Planning & Control ERP/SAP Manager to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will be the linchpin in ensuring our ERP systems are seamlessly integrated and aligned with our business needs. You will oversee the ERP/SAP planning system, lead data integrity projects, streamline processes, and provide technical expertise and user support. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to our mission of reducing greenhouse gas emissions and making energy reliable, affordable, and more sustainable.

Requirements

• Oversee the ERP/SAP planning system to support our business plan.
• Lead data integrity projects and reviews to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate across functions to streamline processes and information flow.
• Utilize strong technical skills to manage and troubleshoot the ERP/SAP system.
• Act as a counselor and coach to end users, providing guidance and training on the ERP/SAP tool.
• Develop and implement measurement systems to assess logistics performance, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction.
• Education
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Planning, Production Planning, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• 10+ years in a planning or manufacturing environment using ERP/SAP systems & processes.
• 5+ years in ERP systems management and implementation.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Expertise in production planning software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
