Senior Planner

Southampton

£35k-£45k

What You'll Do:

• Manage complex planning applications and appeals.
• Provide expert planning advice to clients and stakeholders.
• Lead site appraisals, feasibility studies, and project strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders.
• Mentor and support junior team members.

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Planning or a related field.
• MRTPI or working towards chartered status.
• Proven experience in a planning role, ideally within a consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of UK planning systems and legislation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
