My client based in Reading are looking to expand their Planning team. If you are a Senior Town Planner looking to take the next step in your career, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You will be working on a range of projects across different sectors and working with a close-knit team of Planning professionals.

Job Description:

• Managing and delivering planning applications.
• Conducting feasibility studies and planning appraisals.
• Engaging with clients and stakeholders.
• Providing strategic planning advice.
• Ensuring compliance with planning regulations and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Degree in urban planning or a related field.
• Relevant experience in town planning.
• Strong knowledge of UK planning regulations.
