We're currently working with a leading consultancy in Manchester to source a Senior Planner with a passion for delivering high-quality projects across the residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and experienced planner looking to take the next step in their career, join a well-respected planning team, and work on some of the North West's most exciting developments.

The Role:

As a Senior Planner, you'll take ownership of a diverse project portfolio, managing applications, preparing planning statements, and providing expert advice to clients. You'll be liaising directly with local authorities, developers, and key stakeholders, helping to shape strategic land and development opportunities across Greater Manchester and beyond.

What We're Looking For:

• MRTPI qualified (or actively working toward chartered status)
• Strong UK town planning experience, ideally in consultancy or private practice
• Proven track record in managing planning applications from inception to determination
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A team player who's confident dealing with clients and leading junior colleagues
