About the Role
As a Senior Planner, you'll lead on delivering complex and exciting planning projects across London, driving innovation and excellence in urban development. Working with a diverse range of clients, from private developers to local authorities, you'll play a key role in shaping sustainable, functional, and vibrant spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver planning applications, appeals, and pre-application advice.
• Provide strategic planning advice to clients on complex projects.
• Undertake site assessments and detailed planning policy research.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, local authorities, and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering professional growth.
• Keep abreast of planning policy updates and lead policy consultations.

What they Are looking For:

• A degree in Town Planning, Urban Design, or a related discipline.
• RTPI membership (or eligibility for chartered membership).
• Significant experience in planning, with a proven track record in managing complex projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UK planning legislation and policy frameworks.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and manage teams effectively.
