Senior Planner

Cheltenham

£35k-£45k

We're seeking an experienced and driven Senior Planner to join our established team in Cheltenham. You'll lead on a range of complex planning projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, providing expert guidance to clients and mentoring junior staff.

Key Requirements:

• MRTPI qualified with strong UK planning experience
• Proven track record in managing planning applications and appeals
• Confident in client liaison and local authority engagement
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills
