About the Role
As a Senior Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in managing a range of complex and exciting projects across Bristol and the wider region. Working closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams, you'll deliver innovative planning solutions that balance community needs, sustainability, and commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on the preparation and management of planning applications, appeals, and strategies.
• Provide expert planning advice to clients across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Conduct detailed site appraisals and planning policy research.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, including consultations with local authorities and communities.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering professional growth within the team.
• Contribute to business development by building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in Town Planning, Urban Design, or a related discipline.
• Chartered membership of the RTPI (or working towards it).
• Proven experience in planning, with a strong track record of managing complex projects.
• Excellent knowledge of UK planning legislation, policy, and procedures.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, client-focused mindset with the ability to deliver high-quality results on time.
