About the Role

As a Senior Planner, you'll:
• ️ Manage and deliver planning applications, appeals, and site assessments.
• ️ Provide strategic advice to clients, ensuring compliance and innovation.
• ️ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring visionary projects to life.
• ️ Represent clients at meetings, public consultations, and planning inquiries.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a planning role (public or private sector).
Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and Birmingham's development landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
RTPI membership (or working towards it) is highly desirable.
