Senior Planning Engineer - RC Frame
Danny Sullivan group is working with a leading civil engineering company who is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Planning Engineer to join the growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects involving RC Frame construction, playing a key role in ensuring their successful delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive construction schedules for RC Frame projects using Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and proactively develop contingency plans.
• Collaborate with project engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure accurate work breakdown structures and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify variances from the schedule, and propose corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
• Prepare and maintain clear and concise progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in constructability reviews and provide planning input to optimize project efficiency.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of project communication plans.
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, resource plans, and risk registers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction planning, preferably within a civil engineering environment.
• Proven experience using Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software.
• Strong understanding of RC Frame construction methods and sequencing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively within a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (desirable).
• Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., Chartered Institute of Building) a plus.
