Qualifications and Training

Essential criteria

• Degree in Physiotherapy
• HCPC registration

Desirable criteria

• CSP membership or equivalent
• CPD relevant to the post and within 1 year

Experience

Essential criteria

• Examples of experience in relevant in-patient settings
• Experience working in an acute hospital
• Relevant NHS experience

Desirable criteria

• Respiratory On-Call Competent

Communication

Essential criteria

• Evidence of MDT working
• Examples of good interpersonal skills

Knowledge

Essential criteria

• Experience of directly supervising junior staff members
• Experience and example of working in a MDT

Desirable criteria

• Evidence and example of clinical audit

Skills

Essential criteria

• Experience of using different IT platforms
• Ability to work effectively in fast paced working environments
