Qualifications and Training
Essential criteria
- Degree in Physiotherapy
- HCPC registration
Desirable criteria
- CSP membership or equivalent
- CPD relevant to the post and within 1 year
Experience
Essential criteria
- Examples of experience in relevant in-patient settings
- Experience working in an acute hospital
- Relevant NHS experience
Desirable criteria
- Respiratory On-Call Competent
Communication
Essential criteria
- Evidence of MDT working
- Examples of good interpersonal skills
Knowledge
Essential criteria
- Experience of directly supervising junior staff members
- Experience and example of working in a MDT
Desirable criteria
- Evidence and example of clinical audit
Skills
Essential criteria
- Experience of using different IT platforms
- Ability to work effectively in fast paced working environments
