Person specification

Qualifications/training and professional development

Essential criteria

• A minimum of 2 GCSE passes at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) including Maths & English
• NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent) or willing to work towards

Experience

Essential criteria

• Experience of working in a team
• Knowledge of good customer care

Desirable criteria

• Experience of working in pharmacy
• Experience of working in a customer facing role
• Experience of working in a busy environment

Skills, abilities and knowledge

Essential criteria

• Numerate - able to carry out simple calculations
• Literate - able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• IT skills equivalent to GCSE Grade C/4, including using Microsoft Office software including Excel
• Able to follow instructions and written procedures
• Able to use own initiative and shows attention to detail
