Person specification
Qualifications
Essential criteria
- NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent nationally recognised qualification
- 2 GCSE's or equivalent grade C or above in Mathematics and English
Desirable criteria
- 4 GCSE's or equivalent in Mathematics, English and 2 sciences
Knowledge
Essential criteria
- Following procedures
- Working in a team
- Participate in training programmes
Desirable criteria
- Hospital Pharmacy experience
- Clinical Trials Experience
- Experience of training student staff.
- Knowledge of hospital computer systems
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice
Skills
Essential criteria
- Able to provide and receive information, verbally and written.
- To communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals
- Be able to organise own day to day work
- Good organisational skills.
- Methodical, accurate working.
- Able to use common software packages eg email, word, excel.
- Evidence of good personal time management.
