Here is an exciting opportunity for your to join out Pharmacy team as Senior Pharmacist for CMDU

You will Provide specialist clinical pharmacy services and advice to a specified clinical speciality(s), demonstrating a high level of clinical effectiveness.

Main duties of the job

• Duties are to be undertaken in accordance with departmental SOPs. Professional actions are to be governed by current professional, clinical, and legal guidelines and in line with best practice. The post holder will adhere to the principles of the NHS Constitution
• Take part in the provision of general clinical, dispensary and pharmacy on call services

Experience

• Independent prescribing
• Extensive relevant Pharmacy experience including providing a clinical pharmacy service
• Line management experience

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
