Experience
Essential criteria
- Post registration UK hospital experience (min 18 months)
- Experience of providing services to a broad variety of patients
- Demonstrate evidence of good clinical knowledge and skills.
Desirable criteria
- Management of staff/ Staff appraisal
- Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent
Skills
Essential criteria
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Good organisational skills, self and others.
- Ability to motivate self and others
- Demonstrate evidence of excellent clinical knowledge and skills.
Desirable criteria
- Ability to manage change
- Familiarity with CMM (formerly JAC) Pharmacy Computer System
