Qualifications

Essential criteria

  • Degree level qualification in a management or business related subject or evidence of equivalent experience in an NHS environment.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development within a managerial capacity

Desirable criteria

  • Management/Leadership qualification or recognised NHS course.

Experience

Essential criteria

  • NHS Management experience (minimum 2 years).
  • Experience of collating, analysing and interpreting data.

Desirable criteria

  • Experience within NHS performance management.
  • Project management skills or qualification

Skills knowledge and ability

Essential criteria

  • Knowledge of ERS and NHS Digital strategy.
  • Knowledge of data protection, data quality and its importance in delivering high quality performance information
