Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Degree level qualification in a management or business related subject or evidence of equivalent experience in an NHS environment.
- Evidence of continuing professional development within a managerial capacity
Desirable criteria
- Management/Leadership qualification or recognised NHS course.
Experience
Essential criteria
- NHS Management experience (minimum 2 years).
- Experience of collating, analysing and interpreting data.
Desirable criteria
- Experience within NHS performance management.
- Project management skills or qualification
Skills knowledge and ability
Essential criteria
- Knowledge of ERS and NHS Digital strategy.
- Knowledge of data protection, data quality and its importance in delivering high quality performance information
