Reporting to the Global Chief People Officer, you will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders and a key driver of our People strategy in the UK. You will have a broad remit across approximately 450 employees, helping to shape how we attract, retain, and develop talent to support business growth and performance.
You will lead initiatives that evolve the People function, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. This includes influencing leadership behaviours, embedding inclusive ways of working, and supporting the organisation in adapting to change and new opportunities.
At Jellyfish, we are committed to promoting professional growth. This role provides the opportunity to mentor and develop a high-performing People Partner team, strengthen strategic and business partnering skills, and make a lasting impact on the organisation's culture, engagement and leadership.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Be a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders, aligning people priorities with business goals and driving organisational performance.
- Design and implement People Plans that support growth, workforce planning, succession, and talent development.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance engagement, performance, and employee experience.
- Champion inclusion, wellbeing, and culture initiatives, embedding positive behaviours and leadership practices.
- Coach and influence leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams and strengthen management capability across the UK.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of People Partners, promoting collaboration, accountability, and consistent strategic partnering.
- Ensure operational excellence by overseeing HR policies, employment law compliance, and resolution of complex employee relations matters.
- Collaborate with global People Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated, scalable people solutions and modernise processes through technology and data.
Qualifications
- Over 6 years of experience as a People Partner or HR Business Partner in a complex, fast-paced or global organisation.
- Experience in organisation design, workforce planning, talent management, and people strategy.
- Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders constructively.
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and sound judgement in complex employee relations matters.
- Ability to connect business performance to people impact.
- Confident using data and insights to inform decisions and drive change.
- Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
- Inclusive and collaborative leader who builds trust, psychological safety, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees. If you want to join our collaborative team, we invite you to apply today with your resume in English.
