Job Description

Commercial RoW is a large business unit comprising of complex and diverse functions with global teams - these include:

  • Canada, Latam and Iberia (CILA region)
  • Commercial Finance
  • Commercial Performance Marketing
  • BetCity

A Fixed Term Contract opportunity has arisen for a Senior People Business Partner to join the Commercial RoW People team for 6 months. This is a great opportunity for someone to join a business unit of significant strategic importance to Entain. A robust People Plan has been developed to ensure this role has a clear understanding of what to focus on and to deliver.

The key accountabilities and competencies are outlined below however in addition the successful candidate must have the ability to:

  • Lead the implementation of HR 'basics' in key locations such as Brazil
  • Navigate diverse markets in different stages of their maturity and growth
  • Apply commercial acumen to their thinking and decisions
  • Solve complex problems with speed and efficiency - collaborating with support teams where needed
  • Operate in the absence of HR process/structure (with a view to create and implement these over time)
  • Be resilient in a tough environment full of challenges

The Fixed Term Contract would suit someone with a strong drive to develop, who is not afraid to get stuck in, learn lots (and fast) and be part of a great team that aspires to be the best. The opportunity will also provide significant broadening opportunity for a candidate who has ambitions to develop into a Head of People role
