Reporting to our Head of People and working collaboratively across the wider People team, you will champion our functional ambition to be one team, role modelling our behaviours and always focusing on what matters with a commercial mindset. We'll look for your help to create a culture of belonging, one that fosters inclusion and diversity, and evolve and improve our colleague experience. You will play a pivotal role in activating and embedding the Colleague Strategy, creating impact with business leaders, driving colleague engagement, and helping us evolve and improve.
People Partners are our link to the business, and the critical friend to our Senior stakeholders, you will coach and enable them as they embark on a fresh mandate to drive commercial people plans, be trusted advisors to business leaders and be an effective conduit to shape and deliver people solutions and champion change.
What you'll bring to the role:
- You'll be a creative, strategic People Partner who isn't afraid to think differently. You'll have an impactful track record of delivering and informing people strategies to achieve business goals on an enterprise-wide level and experience of planning and delivering People projects.
- You will have significant expertise gained in a similar role within the Financial Services sector.
- You will be a trusted, credible partner who is used to operating at a Senior Leadership level, influencing and effectively contributing with outstanding stakeholder management skills.
- We're looking for a strong, visible leader, with high EQ and great relationship skills, who can inspire, coach and foster positive engagement and strong performance by role modelling the right behaviours. You will foster an honest and inclusive team environment with diversity of thought, experience and culture.
- You will be used to driving high quality, commercial People solutions, being able to create, articulate and embed compelling and pragmatic solutions.
- You will be a critical thinker with strong decision making and problem-solving skills, adept at using data to drive insights and using technology to improve our services.
