Benefits of our Senior Medical Receptionist:

  • £23,598 per annum salary
  • Work life balance shifts of 4-day a week starting 7.30am to 5.30pm and 1 or 2 in 4 Saturday's. (over time is available as and when required).
  • 28 days including bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
  • Bonus 1 - June - potential to earn up to 5% individual performance related bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage a team of patient co-ordinators
  • To ensure the management of medical records both active and archived is in line with the Records Management Code of Practice for Health and Social Care 2016
  • To lead by example and deliver exemplary customer service
  • To promote our in-house patient feedback programme and NHS Choices
  • Work alongside patient services lead in respect to all aspects of the department
  • Working closely with hospital managers to ensure effective communication
  • Completing administration tasks at request of hospital and area managers
  • Travel to other locations as required
  • To adhere to all health and safety procedures
  • To ensure all housekeeping stock is within levels and ordered correctly

We are recruiting in the Epsom area and travel to other sites will be required on occasion and for training.
