Job Description

ASOS Media Group is a dedicated partnerships team, sitting within the ASOS Brand Experience department. The team works with key supplier brand such as Adidas, Nike, Polo Ralph Lauren and MAC, across all ASOS audience touch points, both on and offline.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Integrated Producer who can; demonstrate strong leadership skills, a proven track record of producing creative content, managing large scale projects and overseeing multiple projects. Must be exceptional at budgeting/forecasting, resourcing and communicating at a senior level, as well as being motivated, organised, analytical, pro-active and results driven. You will be required to have excellent management and mentoring skills and will be required to carry out manager duties including routine catch-ups, appraisals and development needs of the team.

The Senior Partnerships Producer needs to balance creative vision, with clear business objectivity and the ability to manage a variety of internal and external interests to generate the best outcome for all parties. You will be delivering our key strategic projects so will need to be good at building strong relationships with brand partners and internal departments, love problem solving and juggling projects in an extremely fast-paced environment. Main responsibilities

The Details

  • End to end management of large, 360 marketing campaigns; liaising closely with external clients and internal stakeholders across account management, creative, design, fashion, social and commercial.
  • Leading on creative production - ensuring the Partnership Production team are delivering engaging, innovative campaigns that align with business priorities.
  • Building and maintaining strong dynamic relationships with internal & external stakeholders to ensure you deliver campaigns efficiently.
  • Having a holistic view of all projects and ensuring that all stakeholders, internally & externally, are aware of key deadlines and projects are delivered to spec on time.
  • Leading on the delivery and ongoing refinement of production processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness is maintained within the team while aligning with company and industry best practices.
  • Manage budgets for project costs, and work with Finance to ensure these are accurately recorded, forecasted and reflected by accounts.
  • Supporting, mentoring and motivating direct reports.
  • Supporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.

Qualifications

About You

  • Experience of producing still life/model shoots and video content.
  • Experience delivering multiple digital and/or social campaigns.
  • Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong project management experience
  • Line management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a diplomatic nature
  • You must be able to prioritise and be calm under pressure.
  • An enthusiastic interest and/or background within the industry.
  • History of cross team collaboration which has delivered results
  • A Self-motivated, enthusiastic and pro-active attitude.
