Join our team as a Senior Partnerships manager, leading our board of volunteers from the Property industry.

This varied role sits within the Volunteer Partnerships team, a unique team which consists of four volunteer fundraising boards, made up of influential, high-profile individuals who feel passionately about the NSPCC and volunteer their time and expertise. The boards employ a range of fundraising techniques to reach their goals, but their main focus is on using their networks and influence to secure income generating opportunities via corporate partnerships, major gifts from individuals, collaboration with brands and fundraising events, all of which generate significant funds for the NSPCC.

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Partnerships Manager to join our team on a maternity cover, working with our most recently launched Property Board, to secure high value partnerships and deliver a wide range of projects. Across our boards we have had support from the likes of Chanel, World Gold Council, Sky, Channel 4, WeWork, Hines, CBRE, Rios, Country and Townhouse and many more. The boards have also founded a range of successful income generating initiatives, including strategic network groups from a varied array of industries all at a senior level which supports each board's activities, high value innovative events, corporate partnerships, philanthropic proposals.

We are looking for an individual with:

• experience of building strong relationships with senior stakeholders
• exceptional business development skills
• an ability to identify, pitch, and secure new partnerships whilst seeking internal buy-in
• experience of successfully generating new partnerships and income via a high value audience
• project management experience and an ability to juggle competing demands

As the he successful candidate you will:

• be self-motivated & hard working
• be commercially minded
• be target driven
• have a track record of managing large budgets and achieving financial objectives
• be able to understand and connect with a high-net-worth audience
