What you'll do

Partner with business leads and HRBPs to identify and deliver cross-functional and companywide strategic operating model changes which drive improvements in overall organisation effectiveness.

  • Drive "macro operating model design" studies through reviewing current structures, identifying issues with current designs, providing recommendations and designing target state model options via partnering with HRBPs and relevant business leaders
  • Lead "macro organisation structure design" studies through analysing current org structures, identifying gaps between current and target structures, capturing needs and then designing target organization structures
  • Assure the delivery of operating model and organisational designs across Vodafone Group
    and markets
  • Lead and manage organisational effectiveness and transformational projects to improve the simplicity and effectiveness of Vodafone
  • Develop best practice organizational effectiveness frameworks / tools to be used during organization, operating model and sourcing model review studies (to be consumed also by Group functions and markets)
  • Define organisational guidelines and act as guardian of key org related KPIs (span, layer, management ratio, EC / OpEx, etc)

Who you are

  • Impact and influence - ability to influence executive level directors working across the organisation both group and local markets
  • Coaching - ability to coach and work collaboratively with business and HR colleagues
  • Significant OE experience deployed in large complex organisations
  • CIPD or similar professional qualifications
  • Masters level degree - ideal
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking - credibility in expertise
  • Very strong communication skills - verbal and written
  • Management consulting experience - preferred
